  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, project cancellation, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

  • In case of partial work or milestone-based projects, completed portions will be billed accordingly, and payments already made will not be refunded.

4. Project Timelines & Delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Alien Wave Group until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in the contract.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, project details, and proprietary data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alien Wave Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
